Malaysia needs more creative people like you guys. This site has a way to lead surfers to read on. I particularly love the artsy pictures and the way it presents it's info. It's been a while since I last spent 4 hours on the same website while surfing. Good job! Tuck, Penang
ps: Thanks for the informative photography section.

It is a pleasure to find this site. I have an FTN that all the automatic equipment in the world could not pry it from my fingers. I will spend the next few days reading through alot of the info here and hope to get some feedback from others on questions that I may post. To start I am looking for a tele lens 200mm NIKKOR in good condition. If you know of or have one to sell please contact me.

G'day Just thought I'd let the world know that despite being 22 and purchasing a Canon EOS 33 a little over a year ago, I've just discovered my dads Nikkormat FT2 with macro, telephoto and 50mm prime lens which has been hiding in a cupboard since 1978.
Despite the convenience and style of an EOS 33, I'm giving it up until i can master REAL PHOTOGRAPHY with the FT2. Give me solid metal, real glass, musty smells and semi-mouldy lenses and mirrors any day! I'm sold! Nothing (even perished rubbers) can keep me away from this camera!
I drive a 1984 car (simple to tune up!), and I love anything that doesn't include a microprocessor (ie - anything that will work if you treat it gently, and maybe give it a soft tap or a jiggle or two from time to time). So in summary - MANY MANY MANY THANKS to the creator of this fantastic website for sharing the passion of REAL PHOTOGRAPHY and timeless classic equipment with the world. You have inspired a new generation of photographer right here, and have equipped him with enough information to get on with the job of learning how to take great pictures FROM SCRATCH WITHOUT A COMPUTER!
And yes, my meter works, it has its quirks, but it doesn't matter because I'm truly passionate about removing the battery someday soon and going it alone! Without prejudice to my praise to and admiration of the brilliant creator of this site, is it possible to compile a Frequently Asked Questions (with answers) page to ward off the people who persistantly ask the same questions about things they should have read and found the well explained and illustrated answers to in the various sections of this website? There are some great comments, questions and answers on this posting page, pity we've got to sort through heaps of dumb stuff to find the gems! Much like a Classic MG beats a modern day Ferrari, FT2's will always outclass and outperform modern day plastic electronic gizmos, including my EOS 33!
KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK! THIS SITE IS PURE GOLD!!! James.
