Just purchased my first Canon camera, an AE1 Program off E-Bay. Have found this site VERY helpful, seeing as my new purchase didn't come with an owner's manual. Have about 20 years experience with photography, with a Pentax K1000 and Minolta and Nikon point-and-shoots. I plan on visiting this site on a regular basis.

Heee I'm a art student from Belgium and I bought last year a Canon A-1.......and damn I couldn't live without It. I happy to see that some people are still interested in older camera's and still putting so much time in it. This with all that digital "photography" who is still taking over the market and the classrooms. But heeee, show me a digital camera who can make a black&white picture like a Canon A-1......because I didn't encounter one at this time and I hope it will remain like that. Go analog.
