I am a user of Nikon cameras, including F3 and F3P.
In 1980's, many Japanese photo journalists, even advanced
amateurs, loved to use F3P cameras, because using this camera looks real professional.
I just wonder if F3P cameras were (or still are) popularly
used among overseas photographers.
I also want to know how F3P cameras are used in your countries;
are they used as professional tools, of just as collectors'
items?

WOW, I Really got to take my hat off for your fellows there. With little or no knowledge on photography, i have learned alot about cameras, lens and photo takings, all through your pages. Believe me, this is the best site for anyone from experts to beginners alike. Not only that, i can also use your free trade zone for buying used items. Thanks mate, only people with complete passions, dedications and devotions can achieve this high degree of 'Nirvana'.- Raj

Wow !!! I'm very impressed by this site ... only the performance is very poor, but that's only a technical problem - the content is really outstanding. I was searching for information on different manual cameras and I now decided to get a used FM2n, but not the /T although I found one - the price is not worth it. I want to USE the camera and not put it into a museum :-)
Thanks for all the information - I'm sure now I decided for the right thing: A Nikon FM2n with manual 85mm lens ! Kind Regards from Germany, ciao-4-now, STEFAN
