"Language is used to express thoughts and sentiments, and drawing is a kind of silent visual language.

In the process of art expression, how do we find this soundless language ?

Man, society and nature are inseparably linked and as man possesses intelligence, feeling and wisdom, our experiences that come along with our contacts with society and nature would always be stored in our minds and sub-senses. These sub-senses would if translated into artistic expressions, thus become the subjects of artistic works.

Through this soundless language of drawing, man manages to express his feelings, sentiments, messages and visions, and with this labourous effort, nature is being recreated."
