CANON EOS 750 QD (Quartz Date) film-based 135mm (36 x 24mm) format AF-SLR camera,
Approx. Product Cycle: 1988 ~ 1990

Type: 35mm autofocus, single-lens reflex camera with electronically-controlled automatic exposure, focal plane shutter, and built-in motor drive. It was designed to be simple to use and handle. It was also Canon first AF EOS SLR model that incorporated with built-in flash design. Further, with the companion lens of EF 35~70mm, this camera was designed to operate ONLY in autofocus as Manual focus control has been removed.

There's an elegant simplicity to the operation of these entry EOS models; the photographer simply sets the selector dial and presses the shutter release. The smooth EOS contours fit the camera snugly in the hand, with the selector dial and shutter release right at the fingertips for responsive operation. Along with the EOS 850, both series has an innovative pre-wind film advance mode in which all of the film waswound forward when the camera wasloaded and then rewound back into the cassette one frame at a time as the photos are taken. The camera was replaced with
Canon EOS 700 in 1990.

* The EOS 750 (QD) wasprovided with the basic easy-to-use functions of the EOS 650. The flash and AF Illuminator are built into the prism section. The flash pops up when the camera judges that the situation wasbacklit. or under-lit. After the flash fires, it retracts, allowing fully automatic shooting.
* Built-in Flash Built-in retractable TTL automatic flash, G No. 12 (ISO 100, m) or using external EZ series flash for TTL flash control.
* Auto date models are provided with five imprint date items (including OFF).
* The E05 750 (QD) has a built-in AF Illuminator. Film advance speed at 1.5 fpswith prewind system but mid roll film reqind wasnot possible.
