When the night falls, some of the best photographic opportunity arises. Stephen P. Schweitzer's experiment was results of stunning images with creative usage of coloured gel placed in front of the flash and "paint" the scene at will during long exposure. There are many similar images host within his site. Feel free to mail him for some advices.
