Taken in a Indian Community ritual celebration in Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur.
Location of the famous Thaipusam festival that attracted 300,000 to half a million faithful devotees of Hinduism who flocked in from all over Malaysia for the two consecutive days of celebration. A Great photographic experience for all tourists as well. The link above can show the interior of the cave during the celebration.
