Hi Leo, I am sending you the requested scan via my other email address as this has
a DSL connection. It has been scanned in colour,otherwise the supporting red colour
used in the original booklet does not show(in a black and white scan).The total file
size is therefore approx. 1Mb.If this is too large then let me know and I will try
to find another solution.
