Nikon FM2n Lapita Japanese version
Subject: Nikon Lapita Japanese Domestic version
From: "Peter" <sales@camera-direct.com>

Hello Sir In the course of researching this variation, I encountered an entry in your message board. It appears that the Lapita was made by Nikon specifically for the readers of a Japanese magazine, in quantities of perhaps 200 or less. FM2n and F3 exist, perhaps there are others. As far as I know, the difference is purely cosmetic. Feel free to make use of the attached picture. Kind regards Peter Blake, Camera Direct
