Another set of a "Jhok Khun Phun" Front View (108k) | Rear View (108k)

One way or another, my friend Vichien is quite proud of his possession of dark, leaf-looked images - he has FOUR sets in total. I cannot possibly get the name(s) pronounced correctly in Thai, but it sounds something like "Jhok Khun Pun" produced by "Wat Khaw Hor, Pat Tar Nong". You can CLICK on each individual thumbnail(s) to see the details. Other than the ritual value, each of these images are an art form by itself, the craftsmanship was simply marvelous.

Personal collection of a few hard to find original "Jhok Khun Phun" image from Wat KowOr, Phatthalung, Thailand.Front View (118k) | Rear View (100k); A series of few stages in the development (228k) of Wat Pak nam images. A few version two of Wat Pak Nam images can also be seen at Mr Adisak page.

NOTE:- Virtually ALL the images appear in this site have two dimensions in their respective display. I think most seasoned Thai amulet lovers probably possess a pair of hawk eyes second to the Jews in the diamond trades, so, it is the intention to provide a LARGER view of each thumbnail in order for everyone to enjoy, authenticate or verify their originality. The technique to fully explore the convenience of this display system is - even when the larger view appears on the browser, you should use your mouse to click again to see the actual explosive view. Please bear with the slower download time of those explosive views. Enjoy.
